Eat for Health and Weight Management Two of my favorite resources for converting to a healthier way of eating is one of the first books I ever read "Eat to Live" by Dr. Fuhrman and the movie Joe Cross did called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead". Often during the year, Joe shares his move at no cost. Both of these things gave me a different perspective on how I look at food. Although I am not vegan or vegetarian, I do follow a highly nutrient dense diet full of plants to maintain my health.
