Shipping Information

All our products to the continental USA ship via Fed Ex Ground. Products to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail and require additional shipping charges (usually $85.00 per machine). Fed EX Ground does not require a signature on their ground deliveries. Unfortunately, due to the high amount of packages being lost and/or stolen. Fed Ex has advised their customers (which includes you) that they will no longer cover the expense of stolen packages.

All packages delivered without Signature Required that are stolen will be at the full expense of the individual. To avoid this, it is best to add the Signature Required Option, especially if you live in a location where this occurs. The fee for signature required is $6.50 for 1 package, $10.00 for 2 packages, $13.00 for 3 packages, $15.00 for 4 packages. Most people feel that these fees are very reasonable. Remember, this fee includes added protection against theft. We understand that this may be less convenient, however we strongly advise purchasing it. Some situations are best avoided.

Please note that if you do not purchase the Signature Required option and your package gets lost and/or stolen, Fed Ex, HTE USA and Energy Wellness Products will not be responsible to reimburse you for any costs. The purchaser will bear the full expense. We apologize for any inconvenience.
