Program Eligibility and Confidentiality

Membership and Access
If you purchase access to a membership area, digital course, or protected content, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Access is granted only to the purchaser and may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if unauthorized sharing or misuse is suspected.

Payments

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of many of our products and programs, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If a coaching session or consultation is purchased, rescheduling may be available with reasonable notice, subject to availability.

Choice of Law and Forum

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

It is the express wish of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents be written in English.
