Cherry Juice and Sleeping Better

According to researchers from the University of Pennsylvania and Rochester, tart cherry juice helps to alleviate insomnia and can reduce the amount of time sleep is interrupted.

Tart cherries contain high amounts of melatonin. Melatonin is an antioxidant known to help improve your body’s sleeping cycle.
