Our Healthy Habits Wellness Programs are all about helping you be your best self! I help people who struggle to manage their pain, inflammation, fatigue, and weight. It's time you had more energy, less symptoms and started focusing on living more of the life you want. Right now you are most likely feeling stressed and are tired of feeling the way that you do. Many of you may feel like somewhere along the way you’ve lost a bit of yourself. You might not even think that you can feel better. Many of you don't know where to begin. Well, I know Exactly how you feel and what's it like because I have been there myself. I also know what it’s like to be on the other side, and that’s what I want for you!

All I thought about for years was managing my symptoms of chronic pain and inflammation from RSD / CRPS (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy / Complex Regional Pain Syndrome). Before I knew it, menopause set it and I added weight gain to my list. When you don't feel good or your pain is too high, you tend to plan your life around your symptoms and your health. Before you know it, you start missing out on doing many of the things you used to do with family and friends.

Focused on Building Health

Then one day in 2005, when attending a marketing meeting I met a man named Kent and his wife Barbara. They were really into natural health and were all about healthy living. They shared some information about the SOQI Products with me. Shortly after I began using the SOQI Products, I began feeling a little better. That sparked my interest in natural health and healthy living. I began to learn more about diet and other holistic therapies that promote health. I realized I was becoming a stronger more vibrant version of myself. It felt great to feel better and become hopeful again something I hadn't felt in quite some time. This hope helped me in continuing to shift my focus from my pain and my symptoms to building back my health. I was so happy because life became less exhausting.

The changes I made in my diet and lifestyle, as well as the products I used took some time to turn things around. In other words, feeling better didn't happen overnight. Although I did feel that it happened rather quickly, noticing much of my improvements within a year. As I noticed my improvements my hope grew which helped to keep me motivated. The journey took a lot of determination and work, but I kept plugging forward and it paid off! Which is why I am sharing these programs with you! Well now you know some things about me, and it's time to get back to you so you can start feeling the way you want to feel – and the way you deserve to feel - better!
