What is Far Infrared Heat
Far-infrared radiation is a type of electromagnetic radiation in the infrared spectrum. This light is not visible to the human eye. However, it is perceived as heat. I love my SOQI Far Infrared Heating Pad and use it almost daily. Finding something comparable was a little tricky. There are a few on the market, and I have included affiliate links to help you.
HealthyLine also offers combination mats with stones and PEMF. I have never favored these because they can be somewhat challenging to lie on; however, you may find them enjoyable. Some of my customers prefer them.
