What are Far Infrared Rays

	They are a specific wave length of light from the sun.
	They are the safest and most beneficial rays from the sun.
	They are part of the electromagnetic spectrum just below red light rays.
	They are not visible to the human eye, yet they can be seen with special cameras.
	They are perceived as a gentle, comfortable type of radiant heat. Radiant heat is a simple form of energy that heats objects directly through a process called conversion without heating the air in between.

The normal human body temperature is 98.6 degrees with most of our body heat being radiated away from our bodies at an 8-10 micron wavelength. The Hot House directs an 8-10 micron wavelength back towards our body, therefore matching the radiant energy leaving our body. This makes it best for our body's overall comfort.

Some research by NASA indicates that within the broad infrared spectrum the rays in the 8-14 Micron range are the Far Infrared (FIR) rays from the sun that safely reach the earth's service. The most effective in penetrating the human body and the most beneficial to the human body are in the 8-10 Micron Range. Due to this comfort and FIR’s ability to penetrate deep into our body and elevate the body's surface temperature, it locally increases circulation and reduces pain, which allows you to feel better.

Currently, there are a wide variety of medical applications beginning to use thermal infrared therapy (also known as infrared light therapy) and / or the Far Infrared (FIR) technology because of its outstanding properties and its ability to actually increase the body tissue's regenerative ability.

The Benefits of the Far Infrared HotHouse

The warming effect of FIR stimulates your metabolism and blood circulation. It also promotes the elimination of such things as poisonous carcinogenic heavy metals, toxic substances from food processing, lactic acid, free fatty acids, and subcutaneous fat associated with aging and fatigue, excess sodium associated with hypertension and uric acid (which causes pain). When these sebaceous glands are activated, you can eliminate through your skin and not your kidneys.

When we feel hot – we seek shade. When we feel cold – we seek sunshine to warm us. We all desire a comfortable temperature. This comfortable temperature that we seek is synchronized with a comfortable energy frequency or ‘wavelength’. Human bodies are a natural thermal source.

According to physicists, any thermal therapy source can radiate FIR. The human body radiates FIR at a wavelength which happens to be 8-14 microns – the same as the Hot House. Seventy five percent of our body is comprised of water, protein, fat and other substances – all needing to function properly to sustain life. When living things absorb FIR at 8-14 micron wavelength, it causes a vibrating movement of molecules in living tissue, which produces an increase in heat energy, which then activates cells and enhances the metabolism. Many organic molecules have the same vibration frequency as FIR.

Far Infrared Rays also have the ability to penetrate and elevate the temperature of the subcutaneous layers of our bodies. FIR penetrates our bodies 4-5 centimeters into the dermis (middle layer of skin) and will increase the subcutaneous temperature to approximately 107 degrees Fahrenheit! These principles enable the expansion of blood capillaries, the stimulation of blood circulation, an increase in your metabolism between blood and tissue promotes tissue regeneration and reduces cramping. It also penetrates from the muscles into the blood vessels, lymphatic glands, and nerves. It also adjusts the autonomic nerve function and reduces the over stimulation of sensory nerves. Because of all these benefits, it is the perfect health builder in maintaining one's general health.

Features & Design of the Far Infrared HotHouse

The warm comfortable feeling of the HotHouse is derived from its "Super Radiant Heating Surface". The surface is covered with a fine multi-faceted, acute-angle silicon surface. Far Infrared Rays are projected as a straight beam of light. Our dome's patented design with its silicon surface, is the only dome that amplifies the Far Infrared Rays for maximum absorption. Most other domes on the market have a carbon metallic lining which doesn't offer a crystal amplification effect and most Far Infrared Saunas or FIR Saunas have a limited area emitting far infrared rays, so unless you are directly in front of the area emitting the far infrared rays, they are not being absorbed.

When the rays are scattered in all directions from these surfaces that were created by the silicon crystals, the effectiveness of the 160-degree span is amplified. You could not possibly reproduce the effective warmth of the HotHouse without the combination of these design concepts - proper wavelength and the special reflective silicon surface! Our HotHouse is actually more effective in its absorption due to this fact than a far infrared sauna.

The surface temperature of this unit is controlled automatically by a built-in specially designed regulator. This regulator will only allow a set temperature. This unit also includes a safety device to ensure that any chance of overheating due to malfunction does not occur. This product is not a huge machine as you may have seen in hospitals. It is designed to be used easily at your home and be taken with you in its carrying bag when you are away from home.

Positions for the Far Infrared HotHouse

The HotHouse can be used in various positions even while performing relaxing activities. It can be placed over any part of your body while lying on the floor. It comes with the arm rests and extensions and can even be placed behind your back while sitting in a chair.

You can also combine the Chi Machine with a HotHouse and make it a Combo. This allows you to fully relax and enjoy the benefits of both products!

Directions

Maximum Usage 15- 60 minutes, twice daily. Initially, relief is only temporary but with repeated treatments, the duration of the relief seems to become longer. You should not experience any pain or have a marked perception of heat. Sometimes after use, the skin can attain a slightly reddish appearance similar to the sensation one receives after a massage. Remember to keep your eyes closed while under the unit; you may even want to put a damp paper towel over your eyes so your eyes do not dry out. Please avoid touching the inside of the dome during operation.

Precautions:   This device should not be used if you have any acute diseases, open sores, a serious heart condition, are using a pacemaker, or have seriously high blood pressure.   If you have a medical condition and have a question, you should consult with your physician before using.
