I know what it feels like when your health affects nearly every part of your life. During my own journey with RSD/CRPS, improving my gut health, supporting my nervous system, and making consistent lifestyle changes became important parts of rebuilding my health.

Today, I combine my personal experience with more than 20 years in natural wellness to help adults over 40 better understand their bodies and build healthier habits without it being overwhelming.

These wellness workshops were created to give you practical education and help you choose one manageable step at a time.
