Instructions for Slimming Spa
Measurements: Using a cloth measuring tape, measure 3 fingers above the belly button, measure around the belly button, and 3 fingers below the belly button. Record all the measurements on paper. You also need to take a good look at the area you are wanting to slim down - measurements can be deceiving since it is hard to measure exactly the same way twice.
Pam Massager: Use the Palm Massager on the area where you want to lose inches and fat, this will really increase the circulation in the area. If you use the Palm Massager on your abdomen, use it in a clockwise motion trying to follow the path of your large intestine. Also - think of how you want the skin to look in the area you are using the Palm Massager on and use the Palm Massager in that direction. This is a great little massager and you don't have to be doing the Slimming Spa to enjoy its benefits.
Electro Reflex Energizer: Place the Electro Reflex Energizer Pads on the parts where you want to lose weight/inches. Use the Electro Reflex Energizer on Mode 3 (Massaging Mode) for 15 Minutes.
Body Profile: Put an appropriate amount of Body Profile on the area where you want to slim and using the below Massage Techniques, massage the area as directed for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Wrap: Tightly Wrap and cover the abdomen or other selected body parts 3 times with Saran Wrap.
Hot House/Chi Machine: Lie down with your feet on each side of the Chi Machine. Make sure you center your body with the arrows on the Chi Machine. Put your ankles on the cradle. Set the timer for the Chi Machine for 5 -15 minutes depending on your activity level. Place the HotHouse over the part of the body that has been covered in Saran Wrap and set the timer on the HotHouse for 30 Minutes.
Now its time to relax and enjoy, don't forget to take deep breaths.
Finishing Up: Cut Away the Saran Wrap, Measure yourself again, and calculate the total inches lost. Don’t forget to take some Enzymes after you complete the Slimming Spa and with your next couple of meals to help you digest the fat.
If you don't measure less, don't think that it didn't work. Take a look at the area you are trying to slim down and notice that it may look slimmer and you may also notice that your fat is looser. Let your body process the fat and take another look and measure again in a couple days!.
Massage Technique (Performed by Someone Else)
Begin with your hands flat on the lower abdomen and use your thumb to press in
and then slide your hands up toward the waist in a forward and backward motion, making a half circle.
1. Put Body Profile on the abdomen forming a large circle around the navel. Using both hands and moving in a clockwise direction around the navel, work the Body Profile Cream into the abdomen.
2. Continue circling the abdomen, beginning to work a little more firmly using the whole surface of your hands.
Place both of your hands on each side of the body near the hip, bring up the waist flesh to the abdomen in a forward and backward motion making a large circle.
1. Fingertips kneading your waists: Pick up folds of flesh between your fingertips and thumb from the waist.
2. Kneading your sides: This movement requires you to grab larger areas of flesh using your palms from the waist side. Then, pull your hand up and across both right and left sides of the waist to the abdomen.
Rub/grab your flesh from the back of the waist and slide/press hard to lower abdomen area (below the navel) by fingertips in upper to down motion.
Begin with your hands flat and slide them gently from abdomen to back of waist and press harder back to belly quickly.
Self Massage Techniques
1. Squeeze a portion of the Body Profile Cream onto the palms of your hands and rub your hands together to warm up your palms before you start your massage.
2. Begin with your hands flat and press/slide your belly from top to bottom firmly.
Stroke clockwise around your abdomen with one hand following the other in a circle, using the whole surface of your hands.
Now stroke counter - clockwise direction.
Use your fingertips to press those spots firmly as indicated by the above picture, and slide to bottom gently.
1. Use your thumb or fingers to press those two spots deeply as indicated by the above picture.
2. Continue to follow your breathing as you press those spots.
Gently squeeze at your waist, lightly pulling the skin.
Massage upwards from your hips to your torso.
