How to Use

1.  Make sure the power is off and plug-in the power cord into the outlet.

2.  Place your hand through the Velcro strip and turn the power on.

3.  Adjust the massage intensity with the speed slide switch.

4.  Massage with Thermal Heat:  Adjust the power switch to the (Massage + Heat) mode.

5.  When finished massage.  Turn the massager to the "off" position and unplug the power cord from the power socket.
